About Maui 3D

Our Story

Based in the heart of Maui, we bring ideas to life through high-quality, sustainable 3D printing. Maui 3D serves two distinct purposes: we create fun, practical, island-inspired items for everyday use, and we serve as a dedicated manufacturing partner for businesses throughout Hawaii.

Shipping items from the mainland can be costly and slow. We’re proud to offer an alternative - supplying local businesses with the functional parts, custom components, and prototypes they need, engineered and printed right here at home.

Guided by a commitment to sustainability and local partnership, we design every project to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. From single custom requests to commercial business orders and our popular retail listings, we are proud to create with aloha on Maui.

Local Partnerships & Community Impact

Maui Ocean Center Marine Institute

We printed a NOAA-designed temperature-reactive coral model to support the center's marine education programs. Using thermochromic materials, the interactive model changes color in warm water to help keiki and visitors visualize the impact of climate change on reef health.

Maui Pukaball Tournament 2025 

Champions play with style! Our custom, island-themed pickleball paddle decals were donated as part of the prize set for the winners of the Maui Pukaball Tournament. We love supporting our local athletic community and helping Maui's players personalize their gear with a touch of aloha.
